01 / Configurations

Designed for the burner system

Package scope follows the fuel, the number of burners and the combustion system arrangement.

Gas fuel trains

Pressure reducing, flow control and safety shutoff assemblies for the main supply or an individual burner.

Liquid fuel trains

Fuel oil metering and flow control, with atomizing steam or air control where the burner requires it.

Combined skids

Fuel train and combustion air equipment can be arranged together as part of a broader burner system.

  • Pressure and flowMatch the valve train to fuel supply pressure, required flow and burner operating conditions.
  • Safety sequenceCoordinate shutoff valves, pressure switches, sequencing and interlocks with burner controls.
  • Controls interfaceDefine local or DCS controls, valve actuation and optional prewired enclosures.
  • Physical integrationUse layout and 3D review to plan routing, equipment access and site connections.
03 / Assembly & Testing

Assembled before it reaches site

Skid mounting and pre-piping move much of the assembly into the shop. Prewiring can be included when the burner management scope calls for it.

Build

Assemble valves, instruments and piping to the approved arrangement.

Check

Perform specified pressure or leak checks and test device continuity and function.

Document

Record the agreed factory checks and provide drawings for installation and startup.
